I walked in at this Pizza Hut and skinny white lady she refused to take my order, saying she got too many orders and it’ll be 2 hours before she can take an order, I said “it’s fine I’ll wait” she still refused to take my order saying “the system won’t let her put any order “ ( Pizza Hut is that’s true?) I walked outside and made my order online and it took only 35min to be ready.. That was the worse customer service
I did a pick up order online and they have an offer on Tuesday for 2.00 Pizza with app.
It may be just the day we went, but it just wasn't the best. I usually really like pizza hut, but this time, it just didn't taste the same. My entire family thought the exact same thing. The kids even were like, "What's wrong with the pizza!?
I asked for extra cheese and they understood the assignment
