Forced to wait 30 minutes in store for an order that was ready the entire time. Repeatedly asked for assistance and was rudely ignored multiple times. Unbelievably incompetent and lazy service from both employees and management. And the worst part is this isn't even the only time this has happened!
Staff is very friendly
One waitress and she did an excellent job.
