Worst experience with a Pizza Hut location. Waited over 2 hours for delivery, spoke with manager who was very unprofessional during the experience. He explained that they had one driver which I even offered solutions including picking up order to help with situation. Once I arrived to the location was told my pizzas just left. Was finally offered a $20 credit to my order which I never received.

Absolutely the worst Pizza Hut experience I've ever had. Laura, the so-called manager, is shockingly rude, unprofessional, and completely unfit for customer service. She has zero regard for customers and acts like she's doing you a favor by even acknowledging your existence. The order was messed up, late, and cold - and when we tried to resolve it, she was dismissive and downright nasty. Avoid this location at all costs. Do not order from this location. I placed an order Tuesday at around 9ish pm to get delivered to our hotel.Got a call and the girl said they did not have pan pizzas they can only do hand tossed, i said that was fine not a problem. Then she states they are not takimg cash since the order was being delivered through a third party. I pay with my card over the phone and she proceeds to state they are wotking on the order. Perfect.
