The cheese pizza was burnt and my wings had no sauce the order took way too long to get done it looked like there was only 1 person making all the food
I must say this location isn’t really my favorite but I wanted to give them another try and they impressed me and my husband maybe they made some changes, I really hope so, but I have to give Pizza Hut their props this time at this location.

Two stars is being nice. Not only did they mess up the order in store, but they also forgot to include several items we paid for. The breadsticks were burnt, as well as most of the toppings. The pick up process took over 30 mins. After we realized they forgot to put things in the box, the call center said they can't do a refund but a store credit??? This place is horribly managed. Drive to St Charles if you want decent Pizza Hut. This store needs to be closed - this isn't our first bad experience with them. Never going back.
