Pizza was PERFECT. So glad I went to this particular location. Don’t remember the managers name but he made a new meaning of customer service. He was short and lived in Pasadena Texas. What a pleasure he was!!
Front desk usually has nobody there and it always takes a long time for someone to show up and hand your pizza which has been setting on the shelf for a while. Not sure if they intentionally did this since they can see customers at front. Update: Ordered a regular crust pizza but it was paper thin (see photo) and very soft. When I held the edge, the rest of the piece dropped. Cannot believe the quality became so bad. I am done with this location.
The price paid in store is much higher than paid online. The staff didn't tell me about it. When I realized after I made payment, she just said sorry no refund. Will not come again.
THE APP IS A PIECE OF CRAP. I HAVE HAD MULTIPLE ORDERS MADE THAT THEY NEVER RECEIVED. UPDATE YOUR APP TO ONE THAT WORKS.
