We went in to sit down to eat and waited in a short line only to be told that the dining room was closed due to lack of air conditioning. We were not even offered to place an order to take with us. A note on the door stating the dining room closure would have been very considerate.
Beware: Misleading Service and Poor Accommodation for Allergies I ordered and was charged for the lunch buffet based on the cashier’s assurance that a hamburger-only pizza could be made for the lunch buffet. In fact there were two slices of hamburger only pizza on the buffet. Yet thereafter that promise was repeatedly contradicted by staff throughout my visit. It was okay, none of the branded pizza places in Lexington are that great anymore, I feel like they don't care.
