every time i go to the location on north main street there is always something i have to go back for every time i eat there. then the last three times i have been there my account was charged more than my purchase was and when i tried to get it fixed they hollered not their fault but i proved it with my banking that they did and not just once. The food was fresh, hot and well prepared and the customer service was great at the Main Street location!!
The place is a bit rundown, but the pizza was great.
Order my food offline n my order was wrong. Call them on the phone with them on hold for 30mins so I hung up to call them back n they put my on hold once again. I stayed on hold n drove myself back to Pizza Hut still on hold to see what was going on. Got up there let them know I was on hold n drove way back to their business because my order was wrong.
