I placed an order online and once I arrived they told me they didn’t have the Mozzarella sticks so I asked to just be refunded for the Mozzarella sticks and keep the rest of the order as it. Instead of refunding the Mozzarella Sticks he went ahead and charged me again for the order without my consent or letting me know he just told me it’s been refunded.
