Came into the store regarding an online order on 10/25/25 at 12:25 pm. Cashier was very nasty and did not even look for the order when I inquired about it. She walked off before I could even show her the proof of the online order. I don't spend my money at places where I am disrespected. So I cancelled the order. When I asked for proof of my refund. She refused to print me a copy so I had to take a picture. As a foodie who frequents different restaurants. I would save my money and go to another Pizza Hut.Â
The staff and service is exceptional.Â
I’m sorry guys but we had to wait for the pizza for a LONG time- but the employees were as accommodating as possible… but wow.. please liven the place up a bit 😞Â
