Ordered on app, email sent to me said order was ready,went to pick it up and it wasn't even made, Ordered at 7pm email said it was ready at 728pm, and I didnt get it till 8pm

DD here - went in, asked for a bag and the assc said order was a few more minutes so I waited. A young lady came in and asked if anyone was taking orders. The assc who assisted me heard her but was on the phone and pulling out a pizza. The woman asked again if anyone was taking orders. A man finally came from the back and immediately said, you're order is almost done. Extremely poor customer service from the women; major unfriendly dispositions, as if I did something horrible to them. The food is what it should be for Pizza Hut. The $8.99 chocolate chip cookie I ordered for my little ones, was hard and burnt, so I returned it. The regular breadsticks are always lackluster and overcooked. The manager told me, the oven is automatically set, therefore there’s nothing he can do about changing the settings. So unless you enjoy overcooked breadsticks, I suggest you pass on them.
