Extremely poor customer service from the women; major unfriendly dispositions, as if I did something horrible to them. The food is what it should be for Pizza Hut. The $8.99 chocolate chip cookie I ordered for my little ones, was hard and burnt, so I returned it. The regular breadsticks are always lackluster and overcooked. Did an online order at 11am to pick up at 4:45 and I came in and my food isn’t ready and they said it will be an hour and half.
Disgusting! Runny and watery pizza ! I usually go to 89th & stony island but tried to be nice and go somewhere else. I’m sooooo mad like ugh this stuff is runny and watery
