Apparently their computers go down "often", which led to multiple orders coming through and doordash picked up one of my "duplicates orders" that came across as cash on delivery order when I had already paid with a credit card for the original. Driver would not give me the food until pizza hut called doordash to clear it up. 2 HOURS later, I was handed soggy cold pizza!!!!! Deplorable, pitiful, disgusting!!!!

This was a horrible experience!!!! We ordered and payed online. The order was very late so we had to call twice. Next we know doordash arrived with our pizza expecting to be paid. It would be understandable if this was a simple mistake that could easily be corrected but trying to call the store to talk to someone was way harder than you would expect. Probably best if you choose another pizza franchise.

Would had been perfect if it was baked a little longer, meatlover was soft to the crust. Supreme was almost there. That tell me pizza hut is not consistent. Do better next time. BTW I had to airfry just to make it better which I shouldn't need to.
