Very disappointed. My pizza was not ready at the time scheduled, customer service was horrible. The guy at the register had the worse customer service, when I go to take a bite of my pizza ( it was cold) now I know why I don’t come to Pizza Hut. Save your money and go elsewhere.
Every time I order from this location, I track the delivery online. Every time they say the pizza was delivered when it isn’t. I have to call the store and ask what happened with my order. Food was over cooked and I usually have to recut the pizza.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!! I had to call to find out where my order was after it was suppose to have already been delivered 10 minutes prior, yet on the tracker it is still being prepared. From there, the driver chose to NOT use the provided phone number to help HIM and his troubles of funding my home. We had to go look for him in the complex and we received our order in the middle of the street 3 buildings down... RIDICULOUS!
