The night manager is a Next Level customer service rep and manager for the business. Above and beyond is the only way to accurately and simply describe her efforts in assisting the people that I've seen her assist.
I’m just gonna start by saying that the employees don’t even have a manager on shift, I went to get the Pizza Hut ultimate combo or whatever, and the employee made us wait for more than 10 minutes! After he said “I can’t find the deal” but I can make another deal for the same price it’s just not gonna be the same” I was like okay sounds goods what does it come with” just the pizzas, not wings, not breadsticks or anything! Ordered 2 pizzas and the best thing was the cinnamon sticks and the rootbeer … one of the pizzas wasn’t even what I ordered. Ordered a supreme stuff crust and a pepperoni pizza with cinnamon sticks and pop. I got a viggie supreme which was not what I ordered the supreme was undercooked. The manager was nice and did send a pepperoni pizza however whoever was sent to drop it off just dropped it off at the wrong building and said I received it had to call them and go look for them.
