This Pizza Hut by far has been the restaurant with the best service and best tasting pizza in the RGV! Starting from when you walk in the door to when you're leaving, you see smiles on waitresses and management. I will definitely continue coming to Pizza Hut on University Dr. from now on and I sincerely recommend it. Keep up the great work!
The Pizza Hut at this location, on University Drive in Edinburg Texas, has very poor customer service. Not only does the staff need to give better customer service but the managing personnel needs to take responsibility for their staff. It is common sense that the way the staff acts is a reflection on the manager. I used to go to this Pizza Hut once a week growing up and really enjoyed playing the video games they had there: Rampage, Samurai Shodown, etc.. and ever since they remodeled, they removed the games, im disappointed. The food is ok. The waitress are cute college girls so thats a plus+. Anyways, miss the games but love the waitresses...
