Unprofessional and do not care. Bad customer service
Updating review again. Last experience was negative and giving credit where it's due. Ordered big new yorker double pepperoni (regular pep and cupped pep) with extra sweet sauce. I have been having the most difficulty eating pizza (and anything with bread). Pizza is my favorite food and ever since starting chemo in April, I have had to settle for other stuff with combinations that are normally strange (and a lot of spice or sweets like candy, cant eat cakes though). Ordered online for delivery, after an hour of waiting decided to call. Tried explaining the situation to the employee and he said they called me to confirm to delivery and no one answered. Never did I receive a call. I told him this and he said yes they did. So then i ask for a manager and as soon a this “manager” got on the phone he is now telling me he called and I told him I never ordered a pizza. I told him that i never even got a call.
