I've been in this store 4x, once for pizza, & 3x for their chicken Alfredo pasta. My 1st visit, I was told they didn't carry the 2pan family meal anymore; my 2nd visit I was told, yes they do still carry it, the person just coded it into the computer wrong. The 3rd time I asked for the 2pan pasta, she said they didn't carry it, & even called the 'district manager' & confirmed it. So we ordered delivery due to the so called convenience but that was not at all the case. When we got our order it was missing our wings. We also ordered 2 pizzas and only got one. Go figures the one we didn't get was the kids pizza. We called and a young girl named Jasmin answered the call and when I asked for a manager she originally stated there was not one there and a voice in the background states just say your the manager. I have been to this location many times and have always received great customer service. The manager Tracie is always pleasant and very helpful. My orders are always accurate and on time.
