I have a redeem code for my pizza on T-Mobile app and I order my pizza and paid for what I was suppose to pay for and I even have my recipes it was pay 1$ and get a free flats pizza the dude there was so rude therw the receipt at me didn’t even ask me to sign then denies me my pizza when I showed him I paid for it and have a receipt he demands I give him 5$ then when his co worker tells him that it is actually a promotion going on he goes to the back and comes back and tells me he’s not gonna give me my pizza I am very frust... read more
Horrible place. No a/c, bathrooms disgusting, tables not cleaned, customer service was so apathetic. Behind the counter area filthy and in disarray. We had already paid so we stuck it out. But don't come here, it stinks and is filthy.
Zero service. No Ac. Bathrooms don't work. Awful. So we went to Helotes...even worse there.
Pizza Hut still offers great deals! Best tasting pizza and great customer service.
Due to work, I was running late picking up my pizza. The gentleman working this evening went above and beyond without me even asking he kindly re-made my pizza so it would be fresh when I arrived. This was such a thoughtful and professional gesture, and after a long day at work, it was truly appreciated. Thank you for the great service!
