I called this particular Pizza hut on Belvedere Rd in Waukegan Il. to order a pizza for delivery at 7:15pm on a Saturday. I waited an hour and 30 mins to call and check on my pizza wondering why they were taking so long to deliver and kept getting the order guy who wasn't even in the store. The order guy kept connecting me to the in store line who weren't answering their phones at all the phones kept ringing. I had called back 3 different times and still wasn't getting an answer. Waited 10 minutes before someone came out of the kitchen to hand me my pizza. Cheese and peppers cost extra for a takeout order. Staff is in dire need of basic customer service training.
Pizza tasted like AXX only ate one piece out of 2 pizzas. Tasted like a frozen pizza bought from the store. I don’t remember them tasting like this so disappointed.
Horrible. Doordashed. They did not send our soda or our order of breadsticks. We tried calling multiple times and did not get through to anyone. Called corporate and they said there’s nothing they can do. Aside from that, the pizza was gross.
