Horrible service. We ordered an 8 count of wings for take out. When we got home to open the container, it only had 3. It wasn’t even the right flavor we ordered. Pizza was mid like it was rushed. Do not go here.
Racism is definitely at this location if you are a person of color DO NOT GO HERE! The manager is rude and racist! I use to order from this location not anymore I don't recommend this location to dine in nor carry out!
I called this particular Pizza hut on Belvedere Rd in Waukegan Il. to order a pizza for delivery at 7:15pm on a Saturday. I waited an hour and 30 mins to call and check on my pizza wondering why they were taking so long to deliver and kept getting the order guy who wasn't even in the store. The order guy kept connecting me to the in store line who weren't answering their phones at all the phones kept ringing. I had called back 3 different times and still wasn't getting an answer. Waited 10 minutes before someone came out of the kitchen to hand me my pizza. Cheese and peppers cost extra for a takeout order. Staff is in dire need of basic customer service training.
