In middle of a remodel .
This place keeps going down hill. Including corporate. This is probably why they're struggling and choosing locations. Say they'll refund. Never do (they even tried not giving a complaint ref # even after stating it'll be needed) . Over very poor phone service skills of employee's. (I'm being very nice by saying poor skills.)
