Horrible customer service! Do not come here. The staff is unpleasant, & act inconvenienced by you. Please change the management! I had to wait in line for napkins. They do not serve beer, & refused to get me a glass of water. I will never return to this location.

I'm a truck driver parked at a business on Exchange ave., when I called the pizza hut at NW 23rd ave in Oklahoma City I was told they cannot deliver to my truck that it has to be delivered to a house, home or business. Well my truck is my home and business. I never have a problem any other time, at a lot of other pizza huts around the country so I won't be calling here anymore.

I was told by a manager of the pizzahut on nw 23 in Oklahoma city that they would not honor the 3 or more pizzas for 5 dollars each. Plus I was put on hold more than once for over 5 minutes

I'm a truck driver in town to deliver a load from Texas and I ordered pizza and it took about an hour and a half to get it, but it was hot and tasty. I know I will use this service again. Good Job.

there are great at taking orders and gave a 30-45 minute turn around time for delivery and was there in 23 minutes. Driver was nice too.

I worked for this pizza hut for about a month. I was so pleased to see how hard the manager, Matt was working to keep this place as clean as possible, He did his best to give the customers the best product ever. Some of the managment crew are not as good as they should be, but that is understandble where ever you go there is good and bad people. That's what make a society. http://oklahomies.com
