Ordering here doesn't work they should have efficient staff the delivery doesn't work he leaves you the order where he wants if they don't want to work so that they are there
The team here is always so friendly and so efficient. Came in for an online pickup on Saturday evening and your Manger and staff went above and beyond in making our experience pleasant. Really appreciate them!
Terrible customer service! Ordered pan pizza for a party and it arrived as regular crust and cold. Called to complain because it's plain and disgusting. They told me they ran out of that kind of crust so they could remake it and send it out in 4 hours or issue a refund. Requested the refund and was told 7 to 10 business days. Its been 3 weeks and still haven't got my money back. Called the store and was told since it's over 21 days there is nothing they can do. Such a joke! Will not be ordering from them again.
