My wife ordered a pan pizza that was under cook that looked like a hand tossed the topping was super light as they was scared to put any on there might as well been a cheese pizza and the other hand tossed pizza didn't have hardly any toppings on it but the employee got time to sit outside an smoke an laugh like they don't have a job and you better forget about them answering the phone smh sad

Ordered through the app. Got a notification that the food was delivered at 6:35. Finally shows up at 6:55. Unsure of why it sent the notification of delivery, if not delivered. Missing items and no one will answer the phone to correct the situation. I paid for something and they stole it from me by not delivering it or giving my money back. NOT professional or courteous or considerate. Just BAD business.

This store is fraudulent and stealing from customers. Order placed on line, at pickup told manager cancelled all the orders that morning ($2 Tuesday promo) and given several excuses as to why. Everyone coming in was being told this. Was told would get a refund within 48 hours. No refund. Card was charged. Store won't answer phone. Contact sent trough corporate page and no one called, customer service says they can only take orders. It's theft. I can only imagine how much extra money this store makes doing this!! . Waited in line for 45 minutes, cars at window only moved two cars. Finally parked and went in, 12-15 people in line and nobody was getting their pizzas. The warmer was full but they were not trying to get them out. Waited 15-20 minutes and then left. Tried calling to get a refund and no one would answer. Will not go back to that location.
