Delivery was really late. Ordered was placed and after more than an hour it finally began processing. Maybe everything about this location is true concerning late orders.
Calling to get chain restaurant pizza is really my fault but let's start with the initial call. Called in to place an order and you are clearly not talking to anyone who actually works In a store(Strike One). I ordered my food and made sure to repeat my order. Got to the store and nobody says anything when you walk in(Strike Two). Received my order and realized only after I pulled away, that the order was wrong. Food was delivered on time and food was great!
1 star because I can't give zero. This was the first time in years we ordered from The Hut... We were disgusted previously... but so many years have past we decided to give them one more shot. My goodness what a mistake that was. This food... and I call it that just barely.... was so disappointing it was barely edible.
