Pizza Hut in general has been on a decline for years, but it's gotten to the point of just being a total waste of money. The quality is terrible, the prices are ever increasing, and it's obvious no one cares. I deleted the app and anything associated with this garbage chain.
Ok, so here we go. I Ordered 4 pizza's on the January 20th. All 4 were messed up. A 75$ order. So let's begin. First they sent door dash, which I had no clue was how they now deliver despite ordering through their website. 17$ for delivery. When the food arrived we immediately noticed what was wrong, 2 of the 4 pizza's had no sauce and tasted slightly off, the other 2 pizza's were missing toppings, one being a half and half and the other just missing a single topping. I am utterly surprised at how bad service is. We ordered buffalo chicken pizza and there was no sauce on it.also ordered double order breadsticks, only got single. Tried calling and thats a joke. After an hour finally got through, girl was rude as could be, said it should have hot sauce on it. I said, I know but there's none in it.
