Stay away from this garbage establishment. It’s a shame because Pizza Hut used to be good. Ordered the cheesy bites pizza and it felt like the pizza had been sitting out for days. Barely any cheese in the cheesy bites crust and the pizza was super stale. My wife and I took 1 bite and threw out the rest of the pizza. What a waste of money. Will never be back.
Called the direct number to the location, but someone at a call center answers, sounded like in India. Called again, but again call center answers. I requested to be transferred to actual location, but no one answers the phone, just listened to the same stupid message on loop. Tried this multiple times and no one will answer. NEVER AGAIN! If it's too much to take an order by phone, without sending the service out to a call center overseas. Pizza bucks anyways, not same quality!
Ordered a pizza with 3 toppings. It wasn’t until I opened the box and questioned them that I was told they didn’t have the one topping. They have my number why not call? When I got the pizza home we noticed the crust stuck to the box as it was hardly cooked. Tried calling the store but was hung up on several times. Last call was on hold for over 10 minutes. I should have looked at pizza before leaving. It didn't have the onion or green pepper on it that we ordered.
