They don’t care about quality. Drove 20 minutes to pick up a pizza and breadsticks. No one even came to the counter when I walked in, not until someone else walked in did someone appear. I don’t understand how an employee looks at the pizza and thinks it’s an acceptable pizza to serve. There was such little cheese or sauce on the pizza half of it was hard chewy bread. Would not recommend this place at all.

The last like 7 times I've ordered here things have been missing, pickup or delivery. There policies and systems make it really difficult to have it resolved. Sometimes I'm told they can't refund things unless I come in and do it in cash, sometimes I'm told they won't replace or refund unless I come back with everything I did get so they can look at it them selves I guess, sometimes I'm just told what do you want me to do about it. After a mixup, the individuals at this location were completely understanding and willing to work with me to help resolve my order. I thought this customer service style was dead but this Pizza Hut location restored my faith in this industry. Especially the tall blond male and shorter woman. Thank you guys for the understanding!

The whole restaurant smelled like weed and there was a woman outside smoking what looked like a blunt. Will not be coming back.
