Manager is rude and service sucks. Cancelled an order because they couldn’t call me even though I’ve ordered from there several times.
Apparently they did not have enough drivers so they posted my order on doordash which I had to walk to the end of my driveway to get because the doordash person wouldn't walk to my door and when I called I got the call center and they hung up on me and when I called this station 98 South Bartow Road they hung up on me. So crappy service is it my fault for ordering or theirs for not being 100% truthful? This is the worst pizza hut ever!
This is a very reputable location that prides itself in providing exceptional service. I had a situation in which I’d placed a delivery order, & it was forwarded to DoorDash because of the time the order was processed (after midnight). The driver for DD was rude, & uncooperative. They wouldn’t let me know what type of vehicle they were in, even after I walked outside to the street to attempt to flag them down. I never got my food, & lost the reward points I had redeemed.
