On the night of November 17, 2025, I placed an order at this Pizza Hut located at 3111 US - 98 #116, Lakeland, FL 33803. I asked the employee for a plate for my son because we were going to eat in the car in the parking lot, and he said he didn't have one. I asked for a small box to use as a plate and explained that I really needed it because we were going to eat in the car, but the employee was very rude, arrogant, insensitive, and unhelpful.
