Probably the worst Pizza Hut in all of Wichita. Pizzas get barely any toppings, cheese sticks are mostly bread, and so called "managers" are clueless and have no care. I would just go to any other Pizza Hut.
Tried to pick up my order but it wasn’t ready. They asked me to park out front and wait, I did. For an hour. When I finally asked what the hold up was, they informed me that my order was marked as completed. I tried to get a refund but nobody in the entire establishment knew how to issue a refund, so they took my info and said they’d refund it when the manager came in. That never happened. Refused to deliver to our hotel, did an online order and called to see why it wasn't being made. Called the location and they said it's against company policy to deliver to hotels
