I made the unfortunate decision to place a small $20 order on the Pizza Hut app and pay in advance. This was on a Monday at 4 PM. The pizza tracker said the food would be ready in 25 minutes. I pulled in at 4:25 PM. A pizza hut worker in uniform was standing outside smoking a cigarette with the Autozone enployee from next door. Upon walking up, before even entering the store, the Pizza hut employee told me our food wasn't ready yet, but he did inform me that "I got you." I still dont know what that means. Food sucks, worst pizza I've ever had in Durango colorado. Even the person helping me was rude and yelling at someone on the phone. I will never go back again!! Really wasted my time and money for nasty pizza.

Terrible! We ordered delivery and when we got our pizza it was undercooked and uneditable. I had called the store and the lady said she could remake it and we could pick it up. I lost my appetite after tasting the 1st round of pizza. I just wanted my refund and she said she could not help me and to call in the morning. I was disappointed and unsatisfied with the service and food. I will not order from here again.

Everything was great and good. Pizza got here faster than expected, but driver left just as fast. We didn't get one of our pizzas, and had to drive to the location to get the missing pizza. Also got a Pepsi we didn't order and asked for boneless wings and got bones. Check your order before the delivery guy leaves.
