Ordered the family deal for pickup (2 pizzas, wings, and cheese sticks). I went in, the lady at the counter handed me my order, and I left. When I got home, I realized they only gave me ONE pizza instead of two, so I had to drive all the way back. I go inside and explain the situation to a helpful guy working there. He tells me they’ll remake the pizza because apparently they messed up the first one and threw it away. I also mention that my ranch was missing, and he says he’ll give me some. I made the unfortunate decision to place a small $20 order on the Pizza Hut app and pay in advance. This was on a Monday at 4 PM. The pizza tracker said the food would be ready in 25 minutes. I pulled in at 4:25 PM. A pizza hut worker in uniform was standing outside smoking a cigarette with the Autozone enployee from next door. Upon walking up, before even entering the store, the Pizza hut employee told me our food wasn't ready yet, but he did inform me that "I got you." I still dont know what that means. Food sucks, worst pizza I've ever had in Durango colorado. Even the person helping me was rude and yelling at someone on the phone. I will never go back again!! Really wasted my time and money for nasty pizza.
