Placed a carry out order. It said it would be ready in 15-20mins got there at the 20mins and they said it would be 20mins for my order to be ready. It’s not the first time.
The online order said it was ready for pickup and when I got to the counter they said it would be 25 additional minutes. After that in the waiting area, a woman came in and asked about her carryout order and expressed displeasure that her order was also late. At this point the large tattooed woman behind the counter who was not even the employee helping her, told her that "pizza hut was hiring" in an effort to be rude it seemed to me. Pretty awful experience overall.
Excessive delays when picking up online orders, poor customer service, you arrive and they ignore you, it's impossible to go to this store.
