Ordered 2 of the My Hut Boxes. Both with melts and boneless wings. The wings were so hard we could hardly try a bite. The melts, awful! Did not look like the pictures at all! Mostly cheese with 1+ pepperoni and barley any crust - which was almost burnt, 2 -3 inch triangle. I would be so embarrassed if someone made me give that to a paying customer! There was a mistake with my order and I had to wait for them to make a new pizza and Ryan was so thoughtful and helpful and we had a great conversation while I was waiting, and I would choose this Pizza Hut over any other in Springfield and the surrounding area. Thanks Ryan you made my experience great!!!!
