I had a complaint about my order and the person argued with me on the phone rather then remaking the order… very rude giving them any star is giving to much I will never order there again
I ordered a Tavern Style Margherita pizza off Uber eats and it was missing pesto when I got it, I called this store and they offered a replacement. When I got there, they were so nice, the correct pizza was hot & fresh & perfect. They were so sweet and the pizza was delicious, ill definitely be back
If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Waited for delivery for over an hour on an order that was promised as 20-30 min ETA in the app. Food finally came and was barely warm and soggy. I attempted to call the store and girl that answered was extremely rude and hung up on me. Worst customer service ever. Will definitely not be ordering here again.
