So basically the pizza there are mid. The sauce is too bitter and it’s always cold when i pick up order. The cashier is always board and not friendly. And they did not shove at all for this paste snow storm. You cannot get into the parking lot and can only rely on a narrow strip to walk. The entire block is covered by snow. You mean to tell me that you did not have the budget to hire someone to shovel the block, which is small, for your customers? Thats dangerous. You are looking to get fined and sued if someone gets hurt

It's Pizza Hut so food is good but the customer service could use a revamp! Very rude, bratty and entitled type energy.

Another rare oasis of humane interaction and mannerful customers service. Very rare in New york. Food is standard pizza hut quality, there is enough parking (nyc wise). Keep it up.

My memories of Pizza Hut of going eating in a big foot sized pizza, with the red cups for soda and awesome ambiance are certainly a thing of the past. Based on past taste, We decided to give this place a try. The food itself was quite tasty, only a little greasier than what I remember but it was good. The service though... We ordered via app 20-25 minutes before we got to the place for pickup and I still had to wait additional 15. I love this location! The food is always ready when I arrive, and just the way I want it. I go here atleast once a week and I don't plan on stopping. Full price is expensive but with all of the online deals its hard to beat! Plud the staff are always nice and helpful, I highly recommend!!
