Ordered my pizza an hour ago online. Have been trying to call and cancel since the timer came up showing 2 hours and 10 minutes for delivery. I've been on hold 4 times for 10 minutes before your phone system hung up on me. In the meantime, I've ordered from Domino's, had my pizza delivered and am eating as I type this. I want my money refunded for the order.
I'm normally happy with this location, but tonight was a horrible experience. When my pizzas were already 45 minutes late, I tried calling the store. I sat on hold for 15 minutes with no answer and then the call disconnected. I tried calling back again, and was on hold for another 10 minutes when my pizzas finally showed up. I'm sure our poor delivery driver has been yelled at all night.
