They missed part of our order we called they said they would deliver it and after an hour plus of it not being delivered we tried to call to check on it and both times were switched to a manager and hung up on we will never order from them again and certainly won’t be paying cash since now we’re out money because you all are doing your job
Called for delivery, person on the phone asked 5 times for my zip code, repeated the address 3 times - finally I was told my address couldn’t be found! Lived here for 15 years, I am sure I had the right address!! Gave up and ordered from another pizza place.
I ordered from this pizza hut last Sunday was told would be delivered at 410 by 430 no pizza tried calling the store 3 timed no answer. Then called a 1800 number finally got warm pizza at almost 5. I was told I would be contacted in a few days nothing by yesterday so sent a contact comment form they did get back with me the assholes called at 10 after 10 last night. I will be calling the 1 800 number this afternoon as no one is there until 2 pm.
Ordered dinner box with up charge for supreme pizza. Food came, Hawaiian pizza. Bleck! Called and told my options we're getting what I ordered with over an hour and a half wait, or getting a $10 credit - which doesn't even cost the of the medium supreme pizza. Not eating pizza with my kid after his bedtime. Said I would take the credit. Asked how I get it. I will never order Pizza Hut again!!! This is the second chance I gave them and once again huge disappointment! The sausage on the pizza was rancid. We had to throw the whole pie away!!! Where is the fresh ingredients Pizza Hut!!! Never again!!!
So i ordered 8 piece of wings in a big box from your store and when i took a bite they were undercooked. They were bloody red, i felt so disgusted. You should check your food and make sure it is cooked before giving it to your customers!
Awful just save your time and $$$$. I ordered a pizza, didn't have the Buffalo drizzle. And wings I have a picture of how dry they where. Second Time!!!!
Their online ordering system wasn't working when I tried to order my pizza online, So I called my order in, gave them my credit card information and they gave me an estimated delivery time. I called back 1 hr and half later and they tell me my order was never set and their system has been down for the past two hrs.
