We just received the two best pizzas we've had from Pizza Hut in many, many years!!! Not only was our delivery speedy and ahead of time on a Friday evening, our delivery guy was incredibly polite, friendly and even apologized for the wait! We were so happy that our pizzas were still piping hot and also cooked PERFECTLY! They had just the right amount of sauce, the crust was the right thickness... not over or under cooked, and we certainly got the extra cheese we ordered!!! Pretty disappointed. Ordered online for it to be ready at 8:30.. I arrived a little early(8:20) as I finished my errands early & my pizza was ready.. much to my surprise. They handed me two boxes and said they were out of large ones so they split it into to. No big deal! Got home (7minutes down the road)and it was cold. � No I didn't call and complain because that's not my style. But it was ready early and cold. I would've waited til 8:30 for hot pizza.
I placed an order online at 4:30pm to pick up at 7:30pm. I arrived at Pizza Hut at 7:35pm. I paid by 7:41pm and then was told it would be an additional 6 minutes until my order was ready. My order was supposed to be ready at 7:30pm not 7:50pm. I cancelled my order. I called Dominos and got my order from them delivered fast and hot. I have never had a good experience when ordering from Pizza Hut. It has always been delivered cold and taken over an hour.
I just ordered 3 pizzas and some wings, went back to pick them up and waited 45 minutes and dude brings the wings out and was like here's your order. I said what about my pizzas and he said you didn't order any so I showed him my ticket and he said oh well sorry we didn't get your pizzas. If you want to wait 30-45 minutes more and we can make them. I said no give me my money back. I have waited a total of over 1 hour. So he said well you can have the wings free.
