Tried to be courteous even after having to call back because I was hold for 5 minutes. They couldn't figure something out and only left the phone off of the hook, I heard the entire conversation. Sandra, tried to compensate for the error with a ranch...A RANCH! When, whoever took the order, didn't understand something I said she said and I quote, "a wha?" So ridiculous.
