I just had the worst experience with this restaurant. Not sure what has happened to good customer service but it definitely is not at this restaurant. I got a pizza delivered and it was awful so I called and spoke to the manager, Regina. She was so horribly rude and disrespectful. Raising her voice to me and never apologizing. She could’ve easily fixed the issue, but instead she chose to yell at me - the customer and not fix the problem. It seems like everyone needs to take a class on customer service these days. Hard working staff, often more business than they can handle. Their speed is a direct result of customer orders. Don't sleep on Pizza Hut. The classic pan pizza is still # 1, in my opinion.
ALWAYS misdeliver my orders then keep me on hold to avoid dealing with me.
When walking in I immediately noticed none of the employees wearing gloves!!!! Making the pizza' with their bare hands!!!! WHY??? The young lady at the register was very nice & helpful... But the owner truly needs someone to professionally go in & clean that store from top to bottom!!!!!
