Why does everything say you're open but you arent?
Everytime I order delivery from this place that requires any type of sauce they always forget it. The ones I pay extra for and the ones that are supposed to come with my meal. I.e. breadsticks. Every freaking time. Even when I call to remind them they still forget. Guess I'm gonna have to stop ordering from here.
The food was good but the service was awful. They all seem lost and confused. My husband and I watched a gentleman walk out because they never acknowledge him. He sat there waiting to be waitedon. My husband got his pizza and I had to wait for 10 more minutes for my pasta. I ordered garlic bread as appetizer and was brought one piece and then the pasta was to come with bread sticks and brought me back the one piece of garlic bread that they had brought to me as our appetizer. Just a heads up to those ordering. I didnt find out until I went to pick it up after ordering online, that this store doesnt participate in the 5 dollar flavor menu medium pizza promotion which cost me an extra couple bucks.
You guys are awesome! Your service and delivery was great!
Called and asked for delivery to Bement and "Trinity" said they couldn't because the roads in Monticello were flooded. My boyfriend then calls and she tells him that sorry they have two orders ahead of him and it'll take awhile and its raining really hard so she doesn't know if they can. Always rude and terrible service when we go there. If I could give negative stars I would.
