I called today, the guy put me on hold for 3 minutes, then he ask me for my phone number, address, then on hold again for 3 minutes, then asks me for my address again, I said "you already have it" he says "no, I need your address or no pizza". Never again eating Dominos. I called Papa Johns and in 30 minutes we got our pizza. Store in Cary NC
I called this Dominos just a little while ago, just to of course, order a pizza. The guy that answered the phone had a thick Indian accent. He put me on hold for at least three minutes because he stated that he had not logged in. He asked for my phone number and I gave it to him. Evidently there was some back ground noise(I have kids) so he asked for it again. I gave him the number again and he told me that there was too much backgroud noise.
