I received the wrong pizza!! I ordered a med pan supreme sup and received a meat lovers!! Gross! When I contacted customer service, I was offered 2 free large 3 topping pizzas. I declined and told them i wanted what i ordered!! I was told someone from the spring lake store would contact me. That was 4 days ago!! After reaching out to customer service again online..My chat was closed abruptly and dismissed. Going forward either shop else where or check your pizzas before leaving the store!! Came in person just before midnight, probably one of the best personal pans I’ve had in a while from Pizza Hut.
I was seating in the parking lot trying to make sure they was still open and the manager that was on shift picked the phone up and hung it straight up. So I called again and someone else answered then when I expressed my concerns he told me to hold on then hung up again. I would like to speak with someone above her because that's ridiculous!
