I noticed this store had a 3.7 and Im not sure why its consistently been a good pizza when I order.

One of the best Pizza Huts. And it isn't a big location, it is just better quality than most.
The first time I had problems with this location was about 2 years ago when my family ordered some pizzas and they weren't even cooked. We stayed away from Pizza Hut altogether for those two years. We recently started coming back to this location and things have overall been fine. Until this trip. I arrived at the drive thru when my pizza was supposed to be ready, the person at the drive through window asked me my name and to pull around to the front and they'd bring it out to me. Fine.
