Staff needs coaching. Place an order online, When we arrived to pick it up we were told our order had been "lost". Told that they would get right on making it and that they would give us a discount for the inconvenience. 15 minutes later our food was ready, but no discount was offered. When I explained our situation de klerk argued with me and said I already had a discount. They took for ever making my order even when I was the first one there

First of all i wouldnt give them any stars. Service was horrible. The only time we seen our server was when she was taking our order. The manager told us to be quiet (when there wasnt anyone else in the place) after we got our food. Everyone at the table drank all their drinks, we never got refills. We didn't even get plates for the pizza. After we were done we didn't get our ticket. one employee stood by the register and with a rude tone told us to pay. Bad service.no refills. Everyone sucks at their job here
Food was delicious .bread stick, salad was great.
Fud was ok. Had buffet but by the time we got our food took it back to our table it was cold. The whole diner was sooooo cold. Didnt hav good lunch was cramping.
For the first time, we ordered cheese crust pizzas. Not sure what's going on but they certainly tasted like frozen pizzas crusts. They weren't even hot let alone warm pizzas when picked up.
