I went tonight to pick up an order. The cashier gave my pizza away. My pizza pickup time was 905 it was 930 I’m still there. Then I could not get a refund cause their gm was not there at the time and then they had the audacity to ask if I could wait for a remake... Hell nah but imma call corporate on Monday

My pizza was burnt, I’m not happy.
The last 3 times we have been there have been horrible. First time they made our pizza wrong and had to wait another 20 minutes. Second time they gave us the wrong order had to turn around and go back. The last time I was in the drive up for 15 minutes before I was ever even acknowledged. Then the pizza was cold when I got home. I have never been compensated by management so I will not be going back to this location again.
Pizza Hut has changed their pizzas!! Ordered from this location and it was SO bad that I had to throw it out. Deep dish crust no longer exists... instead we received a Pre made, thinner crust that tasted freezer burned! Everything on the pizza tasted different, and it was horrible.
The worst customer service. I waited 25 minutes for two personal pan pizzas and no one was in the restaurant. Then she hands me my two pizzas with no bag or napkins!
Horrible food and worse service! We won't be back!

The food wasn't bad but we were in a huge party and were leaving before everyone else. I went to the register to pay since our server was about to be tied up with other family. We received a phone call from another family member because the server went to them and accused us of not paying our bill. Who does this? Would you not go to the register and see if we paid there on our way out the door? Poor customer skills and not one that we'll be patronizing again.
