Going to pick up an order only to get home (5 min drive) and open the box to dry wings with almost all the breading off of them in the box & zero sauce. Awesome

It’s understandable to make a mistake, but it’s a bit puzzling that the exact same issue happened again the very next day when another order was placed. At that point, it seems like there may be a lack of awareness or attention to detail. So with that, I’ll be sticking with Mr. Scrib’s. This store seems to have trouble grasping basic concepts, like ensuring customers receive the extras they paid for, providing the correct quantities, and simply following the instructions on their own order tickets. It seems they are always lacking someone to do the register because they always make you wait up to 5 minutes before you can tell them the name on the order.
