My husband had a 40th birthday party for me here over the weekend. The staff at The Haven was very accommodating and the room we used was absolutely perfect! We ended up ordering 6 party pizzas and didn’t have any leftovers. Everyone at the party was very happy with the venue! Thank you for helping to make my 40th a memorable one!

We had the worst experience this past Sunday. Only 1 waitress doing the job of 10. Very short staffed. We waited an hour and 23 min for our food. No drink refills, an once our dinner was brought to us, it was wrong. The kids meals were less to be desired. Very small portions and the kids left hungry. Got plenty of apologies for being short staffed and for the food taking forever, but no offer to take a percentage off the bill. Worst experience ever. Won't be retuning.

Went in with a party of 16. Asked for small room since there were no reservations. Denied that because? Pushed tables together for us but two did sit behind us at another table. Took our orders and 1hour and 10 minutes later pizzas started coming to the table. At that time I was informed that they made mine wrong and it would be another wait. My whole party was done with their meal before I even got mine. Waitress came to table saying with a laugh that she knew I didn't get my food yet, but how was everybody else's meal? Rud... read more
