I wish I could recommend Pizza Gallery. Good food, great location, all overshadowed by poor service. We are long time customers who have finally had enough. Today we waited 10 minutes with no service. Once we flagged down help, we waited an additional 10 minutes before we saw our waiter. The experience did not improve from there. I wish I could say this was an isolated incidence, but sadly this seems to be the new norm. Please make whatever changes are needed to provide a pleasant dining experience again.
