Ordered 3 pizzas and wings on line and went to pick it up when it said it was ready, a guy said he'd check on the order, threw my wings on a shelf and walked off. I ended up sitting at window for 15 min more before a different guy asked me if I'd been helped, found my pizzas but not my wings. Another 5 minutes and I had to tell him where to look. He at least apologized for my service received. The first guy needs to be retrained on customer service, he was too busy complaining about his phone needing charged.
Great food and service. DO NOT BE THE JERK TO ORDER YOUR PIZZA *AT* THE WINDOW. I'm currently waiting behind someone like you and I truly hate them more than anything on earth. Now there are 5 people waiting to pick up our pizza THAT IS READY that have to wait because you are selfish and inconsiderate
