Came in here with my kiddos and husband. The food was outstanding, hot and the customer service was amazing. We came here for late night dinner for the New Year’s Eve. The staff had excellent communications, are was well kept. John was manager and did amazing.
The first pizza sucked terribly so I called the manager he personally remade my pizza and it taste great.
I ordered a pizza at 5:19pm its 9:09 and im still getting text messages that my order is still trying to be delivered. Call center customer service GARBAGE...store customer service TRASH...I was told they had no delivery drivers by the call center..finally get someone from the store he says he is a delivery driver...he just clocked in and my order was next up...hr goes by..still no pizza...finally get a human in the store again and she tells me my order was stolen by door dash.
