Can't get the orders right missing half the the food
I ordered delivery for my husband and myself after a long day and week of work. 30 minutes later and no food. Trying to get ahold of the store was a nightmare. I got hung up in 3 times. All I got from them is I am so sorry it is on the way. Bye. Driver got here and was on their phone with their buddy. Fully unacceptable!!! No explanation, no compensation, nothing. I won't be doing business here again in the future. The ONLY saving grace was that the food was good. The service received by no means makes up for it, however.
Manager Jennifer, Jr. Manager Dwayne and staff transformed this popular pizza chain restaurant into an atmospheric family forward pizzeria feel. There's a few Pizza Huts within the 15 mile radius of my house, but after today's visit, I am committed to this location. Big thanks to all for all star service, food, and atmosphere. God bless!
5/2/26 online order placed. Confirmation received. The order was set for a pick-up. For Pizza Hut this is the usual go to location with no issue prior. Tonight I pulled up to the drive-thru window and sat for 10 minutes with no acknowledgment. The drive-thru window was open. My car window was open. I watched 4 people walk by. 10 minutes later a young lady comes to the window to ask what I had. My only request was a refund. How no one could come with a “we’ll be with you shortly” is beyond me .
