I will NEVER order from this location EVER again, we have been waiting for our order for a hour. Every-time we call we get a call center, spend the extra $15 and get Imos or a quality establishment. This has been the absolute worse experience I have ever had ordering pizza, I will never order Pizza Hut again. No one knows what’s going on this is a complet mess.
I got my pizza 2 hours after ordering plus leaving an electronic driver tip. i originally placed my order online and realized i wrote Apt 11 instead of 1. I called to get it changed and they told me they fixed it. I called back saying my pizza hasn’t arrived after 2 hours. A worker tells me that the driver handed it directly to me. I said i don’t have any pizza so no she didn’t. I told him it may have been delivered to 11, the one i switched it from. He says he switched the apartment from 1 to 11 like I requested. Went to Pizza Hut today and tried the buffet for the first time. The buffet was really average. Wouldn’t pay for it again. However, the gentleman working at the register provided great customer service. He was very kind, respectful, and on top of his job. He made sure to get some fresh pizza out for us. Because of him the experience wasn’t too bad. Outstanding customer service can go a long way. I wish I caught his name.
Its just ashame for employees to not care bout the company they work for. But to be paid the amount they get and to have the quality of food and service goes so far down that u loose customers — well u figure it out ppl. Wont order from this place again. Shame
I ordered some food online and it was literally never delivered. The online tracker said it was being worked on and that the estimated delivery was an hour ago. They took my money and that was it. Everything is closed now, so I'm not even able to get ahold of anyone to get my money back.
