Used to love them, but service is worst I've ever had I got the wrong pizza, and they refused to take it back (even though it was a $5 small). They kept telling me I ordered wrong and then hung up on me--twice. I guess they don't care to keep their customers. They always sound stoned on the phone and never understand what you're saying. Too bad the crust is really good.
The pizza factory in Florence doesn't have a web site just yet. We are attempting to correct that in the near future.
OK We ordered take out from here for lunch one day at work. The food was late (the driver apologized),it was cold, some co-workers food was missing and my sandwich was skimpy. Not recommended.
great pizza this pizza is always consistent and delicious. they have offered whole wheat crust for years and it is not only healthy but delicious. i really like this great take out pizza
