Went back to Pizza Factory after the last time of a terrible experience. This time it was so much better. After making the last review the Manager Alex reached out to me and wanted to have us come back on him. We had gone back in and had the same server Kami and everything was how it was suppose to be. Fast and amazing service. Our server was very sweet t personally come over to apologize for how bad of a night that was. They had paid for our meal and the included a dessert that was more than kind. We ate here for the first time today and was very impressed. The breadsticks were outstanding and the service was phenomenal.... Oh, and the pizza was delicious as well.
I have always had a good experience here, but the last 2 times have been terrible. The service sucked, I must have waited 5 minutes to be seated. The servers were sitting in a booth just talking away. The salad bar had brown lettuce, the vegetables were dried out. I received my breadstick as I was ready to leave. I am sure it had to do with lazy server and lousy management. The only employees that were working was the kitchen staff
I think they changed their dough. Only time in my life I have thrown pizza away. The toppings were fine but the dough was not good at all.
Used to be my fav place. It's gone downhill. Half the stuff on the salad bar was rotten, ranch was too. Dirty silverware, sticky menus YUCK!

Just a quick heads up! NEVER go to the damn Pizza Factory on 900 East!!! I litteraly just bought 3 "chicken" ceasar salads, all to come back to work and only have ceasar salads,,,,$28 for lettuce and cruotns?!!? HELL NO! to top it off.... i call the manager... she tells me I am lying.. NEVER AGAIN
