We love Pizza Factory. And we gave them HUGE bonus points because they were the only place that delivered out to Washoe Valley, where we live. I called to place an order and was told they no longer deliver out here because it was "tedious and not worth their time". I know I tipped generously as well as paying the delivery fee. I never had a problem with it. I waited an hour and a half at some times because I knew the extra 10 minute drive could be a pain for them.
