Two hours to deliver a pizza. Never using them again.
The staff are super slow for the lunch buffet . Service was awful and the salad bar was rotten . Don’t go there for lunch .
Do NOt order pizza from Pizza Factory on Red Rock. Waited 90 minutes for $40 worth of cold pizza. Called , spoke with a millennial who was extremely rude and sarcastic. He actually hung up on me! Good thing we knows the owner!The other half of the pizza is warming in the oven!
Rude on the phone. Cancelled my order. I’d love to support them tired of the attitude when ordering. Derick the manager for tonight only couldn’t care less that the girl on the phone was snotty and rude. Sad.
this will be my second review and I think all I am is more disappointed. I have given multiple second chances but now I'm done. They again forgot the ranch in our packaged items. we picked up and asked if all was in the bag. The pizza was good but when I called about it and they had our ranches/Ceasars salad dressings delivered the girl handed us a bag that all I can say is smelled like it had been made in a cigarette factory she obviously smokes in her delivery vehicle! overpriced and crap quality. I worked in a pizza joint for a year. would go to dominoes, pizza hut, or literally anywhere else. but hey "ThEy DeLiVeR tO My HoUsE".... whatever, still garbage
Yummy food and great service!! Employee by the name of Liam has great customer service skills 😁 He was friendly, polite, kept checking in with us to see if we needed anything and was always busy keeping the restaurant clean 👍
This was our first time ordering and the pizza was absolutely delicious and the delivery was super fast, thank you!
