Recommended1st the service was fast, food reminded me of east coast pizza, and I'll deff hit it up again with all my friends when we do weekend drives out there.
Pizza Factory has recently GREATLY improved everything!!! The new management has impressed me with the food and the service! Will highly recommend them to everyone now!

was not friendly customer service
We celebrated my son's third birthday here. It was wonderful! The staff was nice and very accommodating. Pizza was great and they let me bring in my own drinks and cake. It was a great place for a birthday party. Only suggestion is to bring lots of quarters, the change machine was out.
Not worth going too!!!!!!! Used to be a great place, but has gone to shit!!!
Two teenagers (17, and 14), my 22 year-old son, and myself arrived Friday afternoon (4/6/18), and ordered an extra large sausage and pepperoni pizza. Waited perhaps 20 minutes. It was hot, cheesy, and delicious. The young man that took our order was courteous and helpful. Another young man brought us our pizza, and was just as courteous. We've been here 3, perhaps 4 times, in the last 8 years. We'll come back!
Excellent pizza. Not greasy just great flavor and staff.
